The result
Every replacement here is designed digitally and made by a specialist prosthodontist — so it fits your bite, your face and the way you actually chew.
Why waiting costs more
This is the part most people never get told. A missing tooth quietly changes every tooth around it — and the longer it's left, the more complicated and expensive the fix becomes.
Teeth either side lose support and drift into the space. The opposing tooth over-erupts because nothing meets it.
Unloaded bone resorbs. Less bone later can mean grafting is needed before an implant is even possible.
Once the gap narrows, fitting a proper replacement gets harder — sometimes impossible without straightening first.
Chewing shifts to one side, cleaning gets awkward, decay follows and more teeth become at risk.

Digital dentistry
Five stages. Each removes a guess that used to be made by hand — and lets you see the plan before you agree to it.
A small 3D camera passes over your teeth and builds an accurate digital model of both jaws. It replaces the tray of putty entirely.
A 3D CBCT scan shows the bone underneath — its height, its width and where the nerve runs — at a fraction of conventional radiation.
The implant's position, angle and depth are decided in software, with the final tooth designed first and the implant placed to suit it.
Digital smile design sets shape, proportion and midline before anything is made. CAD/CAM then produces the crown, bridge or veneer to that design.
For guided cases a surgical guide is 3D-printed in the clinic from the approved plan. It seats over your teeth and directs the implant into position.
What we do
Replacement work is done by the specialist prosthodontist. Other specialists join the case for surgery, gums or orthodontics when a stage calls for it.
Single implants, multiple implants and full-arch fixed solutions including All-on-4 and All-on-6 — with the position planned in 3D before surgery day.
Compare implant optionsIntraoral scanning instead of putty, 3D CBCT imaging, in-house 3D-printed surgical guides and CAD/CAM restorations.

Examination, digital X-rays and 3D imaging. Options, consequences and estimates — then you go home and think.
Implant position, angle and depth set in software, with the final tooth designed first.
Minor procedure under local anaesthetic. No hospital, no general anaesthesia, home the same day.
The implant fuses with bone. Some cases need a small uncovering step before impressions.
Digital impressions, then the crown is fitted with a screw or cement. Painless and non-surgical.

Why patients travel here
Replacing teeth has its own recognised specialist — the prosthodontist. Every implant, crown, bridge and denture here is done by one.
Scanning, CBCT and planning software decide the implant's exact position before surgery day. Surprises get solved on a screen, where changing your mind is free.
Every option, the downside of each, what happens if you do nothing, and an estimate of time and money — before treatment starts.
If a crown comes back from the lab with a discrepancy, it goes back to the lab — not into your mouth. What we make stays our responsibility.
Overheads kept deliberately low so the money goes into materials and laboratories — the parts that have to survive in your mouth for a decade.
Entire clinic on the ground floor, no steps, wheelchair accessible. Elderly appointments scheduled around medication and rest routines.
Meet your dentist
Your case isn't handed off. The clinician who reads your CBCT, plans the position and designs the restoration is the same one who places it and fits it.
Nothing to lose
Bring your X-rays, CBCT files or the plan you were given. You'll be told honestly whether the treatment is necessary, whether there's a simpler route, and what happens if you wait. Sometimes the answer is that your existing plan is a good one — and we'll say so.
Booking a consultation doesn't commit you to treatment. You leave with information, not a contract.
Estimates of both time and money for each option, given to you before any treatment begins.
Anything that isn't right goes back to the lab, not into your mouth. What we make stays our responsibility.
Real, checkable proof
Everything below is either a matter of record or links straight to the platform it came from, so you can go and read it yourself rather than take our word for it.
4.8 out of 5, from 99 ratings. That's the current Justdial rating for the Sector 41 clinic. Ratings move over time — check the live listing rather than trusting a number on a website.
Read every unedited patient review on the clinic's Google listing — the good and anything else. We'd rather you read the source than a hand-picked quote we chose ourselves.
Open Google reviewsPatients travel in from across Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi — and some from much further — largely for implant, denture and full-mouth work done by a specialist rather than a general dentist.

Straight answers
Including the awkward ones about pain and money.
Implant placement is a minor surgical procedure done under local anaesthetic in the clinic, and most patients find it comfortable at the time. Some discomfort for a few days afterwards is normal and is usually well controlled with the pain relief prescribed to you. Fillings, crowns and single-sitting root canals are done under local anaesthetic too.
Nobody can honestly price dental treatment from a website — it depends on your bone volume, how many teeth are involved, the condition of the remaining teeth and which restoration you choose. What we commit to is this: at your first visit you get an estimate of both time and money for every option, in writing, before anything begins, so you can pick a plan that fits your budget.
Maybe not. An implant is one of three sensible ways to replace a missing tooth, and occasionally the honest answer is that the space doesn't need filling at all. You'll be shown the alternatives with their pros and cons before any recommendation is made — and before that, we check whether the tooth can still be saved, because there's no real substitute for your own.
No. Implants are placed under local anaesthetic in the dental clinic itself. You walk in and walk out the same day — no hospital admission, no general anaesthesia.
Age on its own is not a barrier. A medical and physical assessment is carried out first to check suitability. Some conditions — uncontrolled diabetes and heavy smoking among them — are relative risk factors, and they'll be discussed with you honestly rather than glossed over.
For a single implant: placement is usually 30 to 45 minutes, then roughly three to six months of healing before the crown is made. Some cases need a small uncovering step a few weeks before impressions. Crowns, bridges and dentures are much faster. Your own timeline is written down for you at the consultation.
Yes, and it's genuinely welcome — especially before implants, full-mouth rehabilitation or any large restorative plan. Bring your X-rays, scans and the plan you were given. You'll be told what your options are, what happens if you do nothing, and whether a simpler route exists.
You fill in a short medical and dental history. Your mouth is examined with an intra-oral camera and digital radiography where needed. Then the findings are explained, the options set out with their materials and procedures, the consequences of no treatment described, and estimates of time and cost given. You ask questions, and you decide — in your own time.
Easy to get to
You'll see your own mouth on screen, hear every option with its downsides, get an estimate of time and cost, and go home to think about it. No pressure, no obligation.
